"I called them out after I had another company come out and pump my tanks. The 1st company did the job but the driver was extremely rude. I’m not going to spend my money with a company that has employees that are rude. Jimmy was excellent and is a people person!! Will continue to do business with all pro septic!! Thanks guys"

"On June 28th Bryon and Jimmy came to my house to pump my septic system. I have to say those two were extremely professional and courteous. Not only did they call when they were on their way, but they arrived as scheduled, they took the time to explain everything they were doing and didn't seem bothered by all my questions. They explained that I have three tanks not just two like I thought. They located the very first tank(solid waste) dug up the lid and pumped that tank first. In addition, they had explained that the reason my septic pump had failed was that the previous company that pumped my system (twice over the last 4 years) only pumped out the gray water tank not the actual waste tank, which eventually filled and made its way to the gray water tank and clogged my pump. These guys are top notch and recommend you ask for Bryon and Jimmy when calling for your septic servicing needs. All Pro Septic has my highest recommendations!!! -Mike"
